Process:
After your inquiry, the sales and operations staff will visit the job site for a pre-project consultation. They will then draft a quote with our team for you and provide one more visit to the job site to review the quote, plan and schedule. We can adjust the quote again based on discussions or changes to the project once more.
When you are ready to move forwards and your deposit is made, the team will meet for a pre-project meeting and plan the job. We will order materials and schedule the equipment, services, other trades and staff needed to complete the project. We will inform you of the timeline for the job and review it once more.
After that, any more changes made, visits, consultations or adjustments will be billed at 75.00 an hour. Like any business, time is money:)
